Vietri was started by a Mother and her two Daughters after a trip to Italy. While staying along the Amalfi Coast, they fell in love with the colorful, handcrafted dinnerware at their hotel. They arranged to meet the artisans who made the ceramics that they loved so much, and the rest is history!
They returned home with lots of mix-and match dinnerware with whimsical cows, fish, and rams. The three women decided to start a wholesale company that would sell to only the finest retailers, starting at the New York TableTop show in 1984. An instant hit, Vietri today sells everything from the original whimsical dinnerware to gorgeous glassware and and flatware.
