Via Inhalation
1. Rub ADORAtherapy oils onto your palms
2. Cup your palms to your nose
3. Inhale deeply!
Voila! You did it!
We definitely suggest researching and trying out the other ways to use it as well - everyone is different and another way might work even better for you! Here is another recommended method.
Via the skin
Dilute the essential oils in a carrier oil (Organic Golden Jojoba oil is recommended) and rub onto your skin. The oils will be absorbed into your bloodstream due to the permeable nature of the skin and will bring you the effects of aromatherapy this way.
