Sunday February 17th we will be hosting our seasonal Bridal Beer Brunch right here at Scarlett Alley! As usual, we'll have plenty of beer and snacks to keep things fun for everyone. This time around, we will also have special guest Brazen Boxing. They will be handing out passes for a "2 day free trial" of any of their classes.
Brazen boxing offers boxing, muay thai kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, and wrestling classes. While all of the disciplines can be taken in co-ed classes, the most popular option for women is the women-only boxing classes offered twice a week. It's a 1-hour total body fat burning and toning workout, using the same tru boxing techniques the professional fighters learn. That's why their motto could easily go "Be a Brazen Bride. Fear No Sleeveless Gown."
